I love everything about these. Beautiful words, gorgeous artwork and sturdy, laminated bookmarks. I give them to the grandkids for little big things, like 1st day of school, happy long weekend, good game. Sometimes with a book, Sometimes not. They love getting all the different "advice"!

Advice from the Wilderness Greeting Card

I work very closely with individuals who work and live in the wilderness areas of New York State's Forest Preserve; these areas are encompassed by "Blue Line" boundaries demarking the Catskill Park and the Adirondack Park. Our Forest Preserve and its wilderness areas are constitutionally protected by the New York State Constitution as "lands to be forever wild." By sending these cards, I can share something of myself and my sense of wilderness and how it talks to me.

I am giving this to my son who is an Environmental Science teacher. I love the look of the plaque and I love the wording.
