Shipping policy

 

How soon will you ship out my order?
If you are paying by credit card, orders are usually shipped out within 5 business days of placing your order.  If you are placing an order and paying by check, your order will be shipped out within 5 business days after receiving your check. 

If you choose the 2nd Day Air shipping method your order will be shipped out the same day unless we receive the order after 12 noon PST then it will ship the next business day.

What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping charges are based on the amount of product you order. Please enter your address at checkout to configure your shipping rate.

How is my international order shipped? 
US postal shipping. This includes tracking to the boarder, but once it is past the boarder, we no longer can track it. Shipping charges are based on how much you order; you can see how much the shipping is on the check out page. 

How will my order be sent?
Orders are sent by Fed Ex Ground, Fed Ex 2nd day air, or via US mail depending on the address you provide, size of order, when you want your order and how much you want to pay. In our webstore you can easily select how you would like your package to be sent during check out. Sometimes, depending on the items you order, we may have to ship 2 packages and they may arrive a day or two apart.
