What are your shipping rates?
We have a low flat rate shipping of $5 for orders up to $50, and $50+ orders get free shipping!
When will my order ship?
We typically ship out orders within 1 week from our wonderful Bend, OR warehouse.
How do I pay for my order?
We have 3 options for you. Click on "checkout" to enter your credit card details. Click on "Paypal" to pay with paypal. Click on "G PAY" to pay with your Google account.
How do I delete something from my shopping cart?
Lower the quantity to "0" for any item, and then hit the "Update" button on the bottom of the shopping cart page.
Where do I login to my account?
On the top of our website there is a little person icon that you can click on to login.
How do I logout of my account?
On the top of our website there is a little person icon that you can click on to access your account. In the top section "My Account" there is a small "Logout" word at the bottom right of the account details section. It is before the "Membership Benefits" section. Just click on that little word "Logout"
I am having problems getting the credit card information approved. What should I do?
Be sure to enter the correct billing address for the credit card you are entering. It is also possible that you are using a web browser that is older and not supported by the credit card authorization service we use on this website. If you run into any problems, please give us a call at 1-800-992-4769 and we will manually process your credit card.
Is my credit card purchase secure?
Yes! We use the secure services of Shopify, Paypal Pro, and Google Pay - they are the largest credit card charge providers in the US. Also, we don't store your credit card information and never see more than the last 4 digits when processing your order.
Out of Stock/Discontinued
We attempt to fill each order completely, but occasionally may be out of stock of an item. We will attempt to contact you one time via phone to remedy the situation. If you do not reply within 3 days, we will refund your card on file for the missing item, and ship out the rest of your order. If the item is due soon to come back into stock, we will hold your order up to 1 week to ship it complete.
The item I want is not available - will it be coming back?
Just as we develop new products, we occasionally discontinue others. We apologize if discontinued or out-of-stock products create an inconvenience for you.

Tell me more about the tree being planted when I place an order?
As a part of doing business we are planting a tree to honor our customers for each retail customer order over $30. This is our way of saying thanks to you and the earth. We will send an eCard to the email address you provide including a link to the web page where you can visit the tree planting area, nursery and planters. Trees are planted by the non-profit organization Trees Water & People in one of the current planting areas Central America. It is a unique project which creates much needed work for local communities and beautiful shade, flowering and fruit trees are planted. A special gift for you AND the earth! Our tree planting program is good for as many times as you order, as long as each order is over $30.
If you desire to return an item please contact us within five (5) days of receipt of your order for instructions and return authorization number. All items must be in new/unused condition. Clothing and drink wear items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition AND have original tags still attached to them, for them to be accepted. Customer is liable for items returned to be in new condition and customer must pay for return shipping on items that they want to return. Liability for merchandise qualifying for credit is limited to the value of the products returned.
